The Celts, who were skilled in working with iron, made the first chainmail around 300 years before Christ. It was a mesh of metal rings carefully crafted to withstand cuts from swords and knives.
Using the idea of linking small rings together, the Maliën Bracelet was created. It is a statement piece while honoring the craftsmanship of the past.
