bonjour & hej – we are ea marie jensen and victoria rupnik, the founders of amevi and copenhagen hus.
we have been connected by a friendship of over 15 years, a shared vision, and a deep love for design, style, and authenticity.
we both studied at the vienna university of economics and business and began working together early on, driven by he idea of creating special places where aesthetics, quality, and heart come together.
in 2017, we opened our first joint project, copenhagen hus on neubaugasse: a store bringing scandinavian design, interiors, and fashion to vienna – understated, natural, and infused with the calm beauty we so deeply admire.
soon after, our møbel showroom followed, expanding the concept into a space dedicated to nordic living culture.
with amevi, we have now fully dedicated ourselves to fashion – inspired by the french way of life that we cherish in our travels and everyday moments: light, authentic, and full of joie de vivre.
the name amevi is derived from our first names – ea marie and victoria. at the same time, it echoes the french âme & vie – soul and life. this is exactly what we want to express: fashion with soul, style with life, and a place that inspires.
at amevi, you will find american vintage for women and men, shoes by etonic, and jewelry by anni lu and soï – all carefully curated with an eye for detail, colors, materials, and that certain something.
we are truly happy to have created a new space with amevi – one that feels like sunshine, lightness, and authenticity.
